About Us
and how we discovered the No Fault Diet
About Nan--I’d like to share a program that will help you lose weight and improve your health—without dieting. You’re going to love this way of eating and you'll probably find that you lose weight effortlessly. This work is based on my background in counseling and a degree in Public Health from UC Berkeley. As a writer, working with some of the best integrative physicians in the country, I’ve collaborated on more than 40 books in health and wellness. In the process, I discovered some of the most successful research on weight loss and pre diabetes.
About Jerry--This upcoming series of classes will be co-led with Jerry Stine, founder and director of the Lifespan Institute—Jer has maintained a private practice as a nutritionist in Marin Country for the past 20 years and has worked with Vitamin Research Products, Allergy Research Group, and Sportech, Inc., the sports-medicine division of 24-Hour Fitness.
